These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Brew Crew Rewards Loyalty Program ("Program") provided by Good Brew Drive Thru ("we", "our", or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age.
2. Enrolment
To join the Program, you must create an account through our Good Brew Drive Thru App or website, providing accurate and complete information. You must use the Program only for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide any personal information.
3. Earning Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases made at participating Good Brew Drive Thu locations. Points will be automatically credited to your account upon completion of the transaction, subject to verification.
4. Qualifying Purchases
To earn points, you must make a qualifying purchase. Qualifying purchases include any hot or cold beverage at participating location. The list of eligible products may change periodically.
5. Rewards and Redemption
The purchase of one hot or cold beverage equates to one point. Once ten points are collected, one free hot or cold beverage will be rewarded. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
7. Account Maintenance
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your loyalty account
information. Any activity associated with your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised use of your account.
8. Changes to the Program
Good Brew Drive Thru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the
Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include adjustments to how points are earned, redeemed, or any other aspect of the Program.
9. Termination of Participation
You may opt out of the Program at any time by contacting customer service or
through the app. If you choose to terminate your participation, you will forfeit any accumulated points and rewards.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Brew Drive Thru is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from your participation in the Program, including the loss of points or rewards.
11. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated into these terms by reference. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. General Terms
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the rest will
remain in full force.
• Good Brew Drive Thru’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and
Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
