How can I be part of Brew Crew Rewards?
Download the Good Brew App from the iTunes App Store or Google Play on your smartphone or device and register. Once you’ve downloaded the App, you’ll be required to provide personal information to create your account such as an email address, mobile number and birthday.

What are the benefits of being part of Brew Crew Rewards?
When you are part of Brew Crew Rewards, you can earn Brew Points to receive a free drink, and a free drink of your choice on your birthday. You will also gain access to exciting offers and exclusive deals.

I already have a Loyalty card, how do I link it to an account?
Create an account online. When you log into your profile, select ‘Replace Card’ from the drop-down menu. Add the  membership number and verification code. (Please note, adding a card to a profile cannot be done via the app, only online.)

How do I earn Brew Points?
When you scan your loyalty barcode or order through our Good Brew app, you earn 1 Brew Point for every beverage your purchase. 10 Brew Points will earn you a free drink of your choice.

Where can I find my Brew Points balance?
Your Brew Points balance is shown on the card screen of the App or online when you log into your account.

When will my Brew Points update after a transaction?
Brew Points will appear straight away after the transaction.

I forgot to scan my App at the start of the transaction. Can I still accumulate Brew Points?
You can claim your missing Brew Points by sending an email to admin@goodbrewdrivethru.com.au and attach a copy of the receipt.

Do my Brew Points expire?
No Brew Points don’t have an expiry date.

I have deleted the App. Has my account and Brew Points been lost?
Don’t stress! Just reinstall the App and sign in to view your details. Your information and Brew Points will still be saved in your account.

I have an account but forgotten my password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply select Forgot Password on the login screen.
